SASSOFT (the company that own Iperweb L.L.C.) was first organized in August of 1991. Prometeus (the company that manage Iperweb business in Italy) was first organized on January 11, 1997. Our servers first came online on June 1, 1997. IperWeb L.L.C. was incorporated in U.S.A. in the November 1997. |
